Service Provider Terms

These terms apply to independent providers, vendors, sellers, hosts, curators, promoters, delivery businesses and other members who publish or fulfill offerings through ND.

Providers operate independent businesses. Joining ND does not guarantee customers, bookings, revenue, rankings or territory.

Legal eligibility

Before publishing or accepting an offering, providers must confirm that the offering is lawful in the state and locality where the provider operates, where the customer is located and where goods or services are delivered. Providers must maintain every required license, permit, registration, inspection, certification and insurance policy.

Provider responsibilities

Prohibited offerings

Providers may not list, sell, promote, deliver or facilitate any item or service prohibited by the Terms and Conditions, including illegal drugs, unlawful weapons, trafficking, exploitation, stolen or counterfeit goods, illegal gambling, fraudulent schemes, unlicensed regulated work or unlawful cargo. Providers may not misclassify an offering or use vague descriptions to avoid review.

Independent status

Providers control whether they accept work, subject to accepted booking terms and law. Providers are not ND employees, partners or agents and may not bind ND or represent that ND guarantees their work.

Listings, pricing and bookings

Descriptions, photographs, credentials, availability and prices must be current and not misleading. All deposits, travel charges, add-ons, minimums, restrictions and cancellation terms must be disclosed before confirmation. Changes must be documented and accepted by the customer.

Safety, equipment and property

Providers are responsible for safe tools, vehicles, products, personnel and work areas. Delivery providers must verify cargo legality, vehicle and equipment suitability, loading responsibility, permits, insurance and special handling. Material incidents must be reported promptly.

Payments, refunds and disputes

Platform, membership, commission and processing fees are disclosed in the applicable plan or transaction. Providers must honor the Refund and Cancellation Policy and any lawful provider-specific policy disclosed before purchase. Chargebacks, refunds, cancellations and disputes may affect payouts. ND may hold amounts reasonably connected to a dispute, fraud review or legal requirement.

Suspension

ND may suspend listings or accounts for missing credentials, inaccurate information, safety concerns, illegality, repeated cancellations, nonperformance, prohibited conduct or legal risk. Providers remain responsible for obligations arising before suspension.

Related policies

These Provider Terms supplement the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Booking & Experience Agreement.
