Booking & Experience Agreement
This agreement provides baseline terms for services, events, tours, spaces, culinary experiences, travel planning, delivery and other bookings made through ND.
Parties and confirmation
The booking is between the customer and the provider identified in the listing unless ND is expressly named as provider. A request is not confirmed until accepted and any required payment or deposit is completed.
Lawful purpose and activity
Customers and providers may use a booking only for a lawful purpose. Each party must follow the laws of every applicable state and locality and secure required permits, licenses, venue permissions and insurance. No booking may involve prohibited activity listed in the Terms and Conditions. ND or a provider may refuse or end an unlawful or unsafe booking and may contact appropriate authorities.
Scope and pricing
The confirmation should identify the service or experience, date, time, location, participant count, equipment, accessibility needs, deliverables, taxes, gratuities, travel charges and approved add-ons. Changes require written agreement and may change the price.
Customer and provider responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, lawful access, required permissions, safe conditions and timely notice of special requirements. Providers must deliver the confirmed scope with reasonable care, maintain required credentials and insurance, communicate material changes, and disclose safety rules, age restrictions or participation requirements.
Cancellations and refunds
The policy displayed at booking applies. When no specific policy was disclosed, the defaults in the Refund and Cancellation Policy apply. Completed work, disclosed nonrecoverable costs and lawful fees may be deducted as stated there.
Events, travel, spaces and delivery
Transportation, lodging, venues and other third parties may carry separate terms. Space bookings may require deposits, capacity limits, cleanup rules and damage responsibility. Delivery requests must accurately disclose cargo, dimensions, weight, access, timing, required vehicle, loading responsibility and special handling. No party may conceal unlawful or hazardous cargo.
Safety and conduct
Participants must follow lawful safety instructions and may be removed for dangerous, abusive or disruptive conduct without refund where permitted by law. Emergencies should be reported to local authorities.
Issues and acceptance
Users should document and report problems promptly through ND. ND may facilitate communication but does not guarantee a particular resolution when it is not the provider. Submitting or accepting a booking confirms agreement to these terms, the listing, the Terms and Conditions, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
