Signature Burger Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise

Instructions
Step 1: Form the Patties
Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and gently shape into patties about 1 inch thick. Avoid overworking the meat.
Make a slight indent in the center of each patty with your thumb to prevent puffing during cooking.
Step 2: Season
Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Step 3: Sear Like a Chef
Heat a cast-iron skillet or grill over high heat.
Cook burgers:
- 4 minutes per side for medium
- 5 minutes per side for medium-well
Add cheddar cheese during the final minute and cover briefly.
Step 4: Build the Burger
Bottom Bun → Burger Sauce → Lettuce → Cheeseburger → Tomato → Red Onion → Pickles → Top Bun

Ingredients
- 4 large Russet potatoes
- Ice water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
Step 1: Cut the Fries
Slice potatoes into ¼-inch fries.
Leave the skin on for a rustic steakhouse presentation.
Step 2: Soak
Place fries in ice water for 30 minutes.
This removes excess starch and creates crispier fries.
Step 3: Season
Drain thoroughly.
Toss with:
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Smoked paprika
- Garlic powder
Step 4: Roast
Bake at 425°F on a parchment-lined sheet pan for 30-35 minutes.
Turn halfway through cooking.
Step 5: Finish
