Instructions

  1. Pat the duck dry and season inside and out with salt and five-spice powder.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 3 cups water
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse rice until water runs clear.
  2. Add rice and water to a saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
  4. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Let stand 10 minutes before fluffing.

Chinese Garlic Greens

Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby bok choy
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok.
