Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Place the Brie wheel in the center of the puff pastry. Fold pastry around the cheese, trimming any excess dough. Seal edges and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Step 2: Bake Until Golden (25 Minutes)

Brush the pastry with beaten egg. Bake for 22-25 minutes until the pastry is deep golden brown and crisp.

Step 3: Make the Maple-Pecan Glaze (5 Minutes)

While the Brie bakes, warm maple syrup and honey in a small saucepan for 2-3 minutes. Stir in pecans and remove from heat.

Step 4: Finish & Serve (5 Minutes)
